Wandering Souls of Sikkim

by | Client Projects

Wandering Souls of Sikkim (WSOS) is a webzine and youth forum, formed with an objective of providing a space for creative and progressive discourses and to provide a platform to the young minds in the schools and colleges of Sikkim for fostering their talents.

From WSOS Editor’s Desk

In a very short span of our existence, we have tried progressing rapidly to accomplish our objectives. We have successfully organized scholastic events in various schools in the villages of Sikkim with the help of respected Gram Panchayats and our passionate patrons. We have also organised an Inter College Fest in February 2018 featuring all the colleges of the state. Ours is a humble attempt at providing a platform to the young minds of Sikkim in shaping their persona by instilling creative genius. We believe that our effort shall act as a confidence booster for the young minds to succeed in their endeavors across the globe. We invite you all to be a part of our webzine by contributing your articles, stories, poems, paintings, photographs etc.; or by just reading, sharing, subscribing and supporting us. Moreover, we also invite you all to collaborate with us for organizing scholastic events.

About the project – Wandering Souls of Sikkim Logo Design

In 2017, I undertook a logo design project for WSOS, a non-governmental organization that operates as a webzine and youth forum. The primary objective of WSOS is to provide a platform for creative and progressive discussions and to foster the talents of young minds in schools and colleges in Sikkim. The logo design aimed to reflect the organization’s mission and vision, incorporating elements that symbolize creativity, progressiveness, and youthfulness. Through this project, I was able to contribute to WSOS’s efforts in creating a space for young individuals to share their ideas and talents.

The logo design project for WSOS was an exciting opportunity to work with an organization that has a clear focus on empowering the youth of Sikkim. The brief was to create a logo that would represent the organization’s core values and mission. The primary challenge was to incorporate multiple elements that would symbolize the organization’s objective and purpose.

The design process involved thorough research and ideation. After gathering all the relevant information and insights, I began sketching out rough ideas, exploring different shapes, fonts, and colors. The design had to be unique, modern, and visually appealing, with an emphasis on simplicity.

After several rounds of iterations and feedback, the final design was selected. The logo incorporated a mix of colors that symbolize creativity, enthusiasm, and youthfulness. The font was chosen to be modern, clear, and easy to read. The logo’s design was intended to be versatile and adaptable to various mediums such as digital and print.

In conclusion, the logo design project for WSOS was an enriching experience that allowed me to contribute to a meaningful cause. It was a pleasure to work with an organization that is committed to creating a space for young individuals to share their ideas and talents. The logo design successfully represented WSOS’s vision and mission and provided a recognizable identity that would resonate with their target audience.
